When Michelle came to Squier Associates in 2011, she brought 20 years of experience and a unique perspective. She had already spent time in the foodservice equipment supply industry as a dealer, rep, manufacturer and installer. With that background, she understands the customer’s perspective and their challenges better than anyone, leading to especially creative solutions.
